SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING
Sport-Specific Training is offered in the following sports: boys and girls basketball, baseball, softball and football. This type of training offers individuals and groups opportunities to attack areas of weakness and develop as complete players in a particular sport. This could include: enhanced ball handling, pivot footwork, passing and shooting technique in basketball, proper pitching, hitting fielding and catching technique in baseball, running back, quarterback and wideout footwork and proper route running or blocking technique in football.
